I have been interested in and involved in energy healing for 25 years. I first learnt Reiki nearly 20 years ago and have been using it with myself, family, friends, clients and students.
I became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2011, and have taught Reiki to students from NZ and the UK. In January 2016, I trained with William Lee Rand from the International Center for Reiki Training to become a Usui Holy Fire II Reiki Master and a Holy Fire II Karuna Reiki Master.
I have been using EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique for six years, having done levels 1 and 2, and completed my EFT Practitioner training in 2015. I have used EFT with friends and clients to help deal with low self esteem, past emotional and physical abuse, physical pain, relationship issues and illness.
I am a Quantum Energy Transformation™ Practitioner which is another wonderful energy healing modality offering more choice and possibility for positive change and healing. (You’ll find a list of the training that I’ve undertaken below.)
I have worked as an editor, web developer and a web project manager, and have now shifted focus to concentrate on healing work. I have tried many different holistic therapies over the years looking for simple, powerful ones that really helped me with allergies, fatigue, stress, unhelpful ‘self talk’ and recurrent throat and digestive problems. The therapies I offer are ones that I feel really do make a difference and that I use all the time in my daily life as I am still very much a ‘work in progress’!
I believe that we are all ‘energetic’ beings who are deeply interconnected with each other, with all living things and with the planet we inhabit. I think that life is a journey of evolving and growing so that we can live healthily and happily in harmony with all things. Sharing what I’ve learnt and am learning is the next step on my journey of discovery!
